I'm Camilo, a Software Engineer and Full Stack Developer based in Bogotá. For 3+ years I've worked at the intersection of IT operations and software, shipping tools and automations that make real systems faster and more reliable.

I enjoy turning messy, real-world problems into clean, dependable software - from a Chromium extension running on 200+ machines to automations that cut critical incident response time by 83%. I'm currently finishing my B.Eng. in Software Engineering and looking to grow as a developer.

    Software Engineer & Sr. IT Support Specialist

    Sutherland SGS

    • Built & shipped Tab Monitor, a Chromium extension that limits open tabs and windows to cut RAM/CPU on production workstations - live on the Chrome & Edge stores and deployed to 200+ machines via GPO.
    • Built NDT_tool, automated network diagnostics for critical incidents that cut data-collection time from 30 to 5 minutes (83%) - now the team's standard tool.
    • IT point of contact for 3 client programs (~20 tickets/day): software rollouts, stakeholder communication and security risk mitigation.
